In the last 40 years here in Pueblo we have serviced countless businesses and homes. We have seen all kinds of designs on windows and screens to work with. Over this time we have grown to service areas outside of our home town , south to Cuchera and west to Westcliff, east to La Junta, north to Colorado Springs. We go monthly to Colorado Springs year round to do some accounts. We go twice a month to Canon City to do some accounts. In the time we have been in business we have tried our best to keep up with some of the newest equipment and techniques for window cleaning.

This is a typical double pane window that we run into a lot. The cost to clean this window in and out would be $10.00 as there are two panes. This is the cost for ground floor. Add $1.00 for 2nd floor.

This is a typical double pane window that we run into a lot. The cost to clean this window in and out would be $15.00 as there are three panes. This is the cost for ground floor. Add $3.00 for 2nd floor.

This is a typical double pane door that we run into a lot. The cost to clean this door in and out would be $10.00 as there are two panes.

This door is what I would classify under more difficult. Some doors like this must be taken out with a screw driver and may have a slim pane of glass at the door handle level , the cost to clean this door in and out would be $14.00 to $16.00 with 2 panes, $17.00 to $21.00 with 3 panes.

One pane on ground floor in and out $5.00 unless there are legitimate French window then it would be $15.00 on ground floor. For 2nd floor $6.00 and $ 18.00.

These are legitimate French windows. I would count 3 of these small windows as equal to 1 regular window. We would have 3 panes here for cost of $15.00 in and out.

Large high cabin windows.

Anywhere from $6.00 each in and out to $12.00 each , depending on how high up and difficulty to get to . this set would be $18.00 in and out.

4 Panes ground floor $20.00 in and out.

These examples do not cover every type of window. Hopefully this will help most people to get an idea of price .

Things that can add to the price. 1. Location: Out of town cost. 2. Very dirty tracks: most windows have no extra cost for track cleaning. 3. Very difficult windows to get to (Bars, bushes, trees, storage, window wells ect) 4. Windows that have not been cleaned for many years tend to build up a film that doesn't come off with a normal scrubbing . 5 .Excessive hard water. 6. Excessive paint and such .
